TEXA AM37 Diagnostic Cable – Tohatsu MFS 15E / 20E / 9.9E
TEXA AM37 is a terminal cable for serial diagnostics of Tohatsu outboard motors models MFS 15E, MFS 20E and MFS 9.9E. The cable enables diagnostic communication with the engine ECU in the MARINE environment, in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures.
Note: The AM37 cable does not work on its own and must be connected to the female connector (orange-black) of the TEXA AM30 cable, which in this configuration acts as the base cable.
Intended use
The TEXA AM37 cable is used for:
-
electronic diagnostics of TOHATSU MFS 15E / 20E / 9.9E engines,
-
communication with the ECU in serial mode,
-
work as a dedicated terminal cable in AM30 + AM37 configuration.
Configuration required
To perform diagnostics:
-
Connect the AM37 to the female connector (orange-black) of the AM30 wire.
-
Connect the TEXA interface and run the procedure in the software.
In this configuration, the position of the button on the AM30 cable does not affect diagnostics.
Diagnostic features
In combination with the AM30, the TEXA interface and the IDC6 MARINE software, the AM37 cable enables:
-
reading and clearing fault codes,
-
preview of real parameters (Live Data),
-
identification of controllers and systems,
-
