TEXA AM12 Diagnostic Cable – STEYR MOTORS (MO Series) / INDMAR (STEYR)
TEXA AM12 is a terminal cable designed for diagnostics of Steyr Motors engines – MO series and Indmar engines developed in cooperation with STEYR. The cable enables both serial and manual blink-codes in STEYR MO series motors.
Note: The AM12 cable does not work alone and must be used in conjunction with the TEXA AM01 base cable.
Intended use
The TEXA AM12 cable is used for:

electronic diagnostics of STEYR MOTORS engines – MO series,
-
implementation of serial and manual diagnostics (blink-codes) in STEYR MO engines,
-
diagnostics of INDMAR engines only for those models that have been developed in cooperation with STEYR,
-
work as a dedicated terminal cable in the TEXA MARINE system.

In combination with the AM01 base cable, the TEXA interface and the IDC6 MARINE software, the AM12 cable enables:

monitoring of engine operating parameters (Live Data – if supported),

manual diagnostics through blink-codes sequences,

implementation of service procedures available for a given engine.
