Bike – ATV & UTV Bench-Boot is a protocol that allows you to program ECUs outside the vehicle (on the table) in BENCH/BOOT mode for motorcycles and ATVs and UTVs. The solution allows for safe reading and writing of the ECU software in situations where OBD communication is unavailable or blocked.
The protocol is designed to work with Alientech KESS3 systems, and is a standard workshop tool for advanced ECU operations.
Application:
-
programming of motorcycle ECU outside the vehicle (bench)
-
ECU support in ATV / UTV
-
operation in BOOT mode (forcing processor service mode)
-
ECU unlocking and driver recovery
-
tuning and repairs of ECU electronics
Key benefits:
-
Full ECU access regardless of OBD interlocks
-
Safe work on the table – controlled power supply and communication
-
Wide compatibility with modern motorcycle and powersports ECUs
-
Ideal ECU service solution after updates or damage
-
Integration with KESS3 and the current Alientech protocol database
Function range (ECU dependent):
-
Flash memory reading
