OLS526 – TunerPro XDF Importer & Exporter

Add-on option for WinOLS 5

TunerPro XDF Importer + Exporter is an optional extension of the OLS526 plug-in that allows you to import and export map definition files in XDF format (TunerPro) directly in the WinOLS 5 environment.

This feature allows you to move map structures between TunerPro and WinOLS, facilitating project migration and further advanced calibration work in WinOLS.

Import XDF files (TunerPro)

The OLS526 import filter (TunerPro XDF Importer) allows you to:

  • import of maps from TunerPro XDF files to the WinOLS project,

  • automatic recognition of map structures during import,

  • Quickly transfer definitions without manually creating maps.

How it works:

  • after installing OLS526 , just drag the XDF file to the WinOLS project,

  • the import process starts automatically,

  • the operation is similar to the OLS521 filter (DAMOS / A2L import).

XDF File Export (New / BETA)

The new XDF Export (BETA) feature allows you to:

  • export of maps from WinOLS to XDF format,

  • run from the level:
Project → Export & Import in WinOLS.

The feature is intended for advanced users and is currently in the testing phase (Beta).

Important information and limitations

  • There is no guarantee of 100% format compatibility

  • Many XDF files can be imported correctly, however:

    • some files (e.g. non-XML) may not be supported,

    • there is no guarantee that all XDF types will be supported in the future.

  • For problematic files, it is recommended to contact EVC and submit the file for analysis.

  • The manufacturer does not provide XDF files or information on where they can be obtained.

Shared features:

  • Import XDF files

  • Export XDF files (BETA)
