TEXA AP51 Diagnostic Cable – SWM

TEXA AP51 is a dedicated diagnostic cable designed to connect a TEXA diagnostic tester to a SWM motorcycle diagnostic socket. It provides stable and secure communication with the vehicle’s control units, enabling professional diagnostics of electronics.

The product is an element of the TEXA diagnostic system and is designed to work in the BIKE environment with IDC6 software.

Intended use

The AP51 cable is used for motorcycle diagnostics:

  • SWM.

It allows you to directly connect the TEXA diagnostic interface to the vehicle’s ECU.

Connection requirements

NOTE:
On select SWM models, the diagnostic socket does not provide power to the tester.
In these cases, the AP51 cable should be used in conjunction with the AP55 power cable, which supplies 12V voltage to the diagnostic device.

Diagnostic capabilities

In combination with the TEXA interface and the IDC6 BIKE software, the AP51 cable enables:

  • reading and clearing fault codes,

  • preview of real parameters (Live Data),

  • tests of actuators,

  • reset service inspections,

  • identification of the ECU and software version,

  • implementation of the service procedures provided by the manufacturer.

The range of functions depends on the model and year of the SWM motorcycle.
