TEXA AP01<\/strong> Diagnostic Cable \u2013 Basic Connection Cable<\/h2>\n

The TEXA AP01<\/strong> is a basic diagnostic cable<\/strong>, designed to connect the TEXA diagnostic tester to the diagnostic socket of the vehicle. It is the basic element of the TEXA diagnostic system<\/strong> and is required to work with most cables and diagnostic adapters<\/strong> in the BIKE environment. <\/p>\n

The product was developed by TEXA<\/span><\/span><\/strong> as a universal solution for everyday workshop work.<\/p>\n

Supported brands<\/h3>\n

The AP01 cable supports in particular:<\/p>\n

    Italian brands<\/strong> (m.in. Ducati, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi \u2013 depending on the configuration),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The scope of service depends on the vehicle model and the TEXA software license held.<\/p>\n

    Base Cable Function<\/h3>\n

    AP01 acts as the main cable<\/strong> that:<\/p>\n

      allows the physical connection of the tester to the vehicle,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      is required to connect most TEXA diagnostic adapters, such as AP11, AP15, AP20<\/strong> and others,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      In many vehicles, the diagnostic socket does not supply power<\/strong> to the diagnostic interface \u2013 in such cases, the AP01 allows it to be supplied from an external source.<\/p>\n

      Powered by the vehicle’s battery<\/h3>\n

      In configurations where the diagnostic connector does not provide voltage<\/strong>, the following is required:<\/p>\n

        connecting the power cable with alligator clips<\/strong> to the vehicle battery clamps,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        12 V voltage supply to the diagnostic tester via AP01 cable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        This solution ensures stable communication and safe operating conditions of the diagnostic system.<\/p>\n
