Clutch Fitting Tool for 50cc CVT Scooters

A specialized tool for compressing the clutch compression spring on 50 cc scooters equipped with an automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT). It allows safe and controlled removal and installation of the clutch without the risk of “shooting” the spring.

Thanks to the constant and stable spring compression , it is possible to easily unscrew the screws and the flat clutch nut, which is necessary, for m.in example, when replacing the drive belt or compression spring.

Instructions for use:

Make sure the clutch is inserted downwards.
Fit the tool so that the arc covers the flat clutch nut.
Squeeze the compression spring with the tool.
Unscrew the flat nut and safely disassemble the gear.
When installing – the tool allows you to re-compress the spring and tighten the nut.
